• Goh Bros v. NKK: Acted as a sole Arbitrator appointed by the ICC in a dispute concerning construction of water pipelines in the State of Sabah in Indonesia
• A member of the Arbitration Tribunal with G. S. Pathak and Lord McKenzie-Stuart concerning the construction of a Power Plant in New Delhi using New Delhi waste
• Jindal Vijaynagar Steel v. Praxair: A member of the Arbitration Tribunal with Sir Anthony Evans and Harish Salve in a dispute concerning the construction of a steel plant in Karnataka. This was an Arbitration sitting in Bombay under Indian Law between two Indian companies
• Said Sha’ban & Tleel Trading Co. v. Cadbury International Ltd: Appointed Sole Arbitrator by the President of the Law Society of England and Wales to determine a dispute relating to a distribution agreement in Jordan
• Appointed in 2008 as a Sole Arbitrator by the President of Law Society of England and Wales to determine a dispute between an English Company and a wine manufacturing company in Thailand
• Appointed Arbitrator by Arab Sat Network of Saudi Arabia in an ICC Arbitration with New TV of Lebanon.  The other members of the Tribunal are Mr. Herbert Kronke, President of UNIDROIT and Mr. Mahmassani of Lebanon
